The hotel provided reasonable prices. The property was a suitable place for enjoying an incredible area, next to the mountains, Amecameca, and the grounds. Exceptionally comfortable, beautiful room with big bed, everything was perfect. We were met by good, kind personnel.

Over Christmas, my family and I had an amazing stay at this stunning location. the complimentary breakfast and access to the park were huge pluses, giving us ample opportunity to explore and have fun with the whole family. the view from the room was breathtaking, and the staff was always warm and welcoming. the hotel was in a great location, giving us easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
There were some issues that detracted from our experience. the noise level was relatively high, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The view was breathtaking and the food was outstanding. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The key location facts were perfect for our romantic escape. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the overall clean ambiance.
There was no access to the park or any area to walk around after 5pm. The confusing reservation process was also frustrating.

Located in a serene environment on the mountains, this hotel provides a refreshing break from city chaos. the rooms have fabulous views with a wood, burning fireplace and an in, room hot tub. the walk through the park is included with your stay. the heated pool is available for a relaxing swim.
The limited food options for dinner in the on, site restaurant might disappoint food enthusiasts.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location within the zoo was such a unique experience. I loved being able to wake up and see the animals right outside my window. The service here is top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. They really make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, with a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities are top-notch as well, with a cozy sitting area and even a trouser press. I also enjoyed the dining options here, with a restaurant that served delicious meals. The spa and wellness centre was the perfect place to relax and unwind. And the outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi was just heavenly.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room at Hacienda Panoaya was incredibly spacious and had a hot tub, which was a luxurious touch. The view of the volcanoes from the room was absolutely breathtaking, just as we had imagined it to be. The wood-burning fireplace in the room added a cozy ambiance and the plate of fruits and candies upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the walk through the park that was included with our stay and the heated pool was a great amenity.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
